Well, I’m trying to upload the video I made of Days 4 and 5 (Thursday and Friday) here at a local restaurant in Clarksville, but it’s moving slowly. So I’m not sure if it will be fully ready before I need to leave to go back and get our group up for the day.
But it’s been a great two days since I last posted. We finished our last day of D3 on Thursday, and headed over to Clarksville, IN just across the river. Because our plan all along has been to stay a few extra days and help in the Henryville area to do some tornado disaster relief work. Thursday night we relaxed and rested up, so we could work hard Friday. And we did! We helped a family in Pekin who had a fence that was destroyed by the tornado a few months ago. They were really cool people. We actually are heading back out to help them again today before we start our long journey home to Winona Lake.
I (Marc) have been able to have some really good, much-needed conversations with a few of our students as the week has winded down; and I look forward to processing more with the rest of them when we are back in town.
Thank you for praying for us. I really feel like the Spirit has done good work in many of their hearts this week!
